Benefits eXperience Technology (BXT) is responsible for the development and operations of worldwide benefits administration for Amazon. This includes the technology for employees to enroll in and manage their benefits, determine eligibility, synchronize with 3rd party providers, and all the employee support and back office operations to fulfill, audit, and report on the efficacy of those operations. BXT's north star vision is to launch a commercial Benefits-as-a-Service offering built around A-to-Z Benefits.

Our team, Solutions Tools and Administration (STA), supports and enables this vision by owning the complete benefits administration technical lifecycle and enabling BXT's scalability to multi-tenancy.
