Location: Milton Keynes – four days a week in the office.
£75,000 - £90,000
Lead the future of engineering in a growing SaaS business
We're working with an established and growing software company in Milton Keynes as the look to bring an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead its development function.
This is a strategic leadership position where you'll oversee an engineering team of around 10 developers, shape technical direction, improve engineering processes, and play a key role in the company's next phase of growth. This is a hands-off position & you'll have genuine influence over technology strategy while driving improvements across software delivery, cloud infrastructure and engineering standards.
