Software Qlty Assurance Sr. Specialist

Job Duties:

• Test ETL processes across Informatica and Snowflake.
• Validate data between source systems, staging, and downstream applications using SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake).
• Run queries in DBeaver, SQL Developer, and SSMS to compare results and troubleshoot issues.
• Create and update test cases in Jira and log defects with clear documentation.
• Review data mappings, job logs, and verify that ETL runs completed correctly.
• Work with developers, BAs, and SMEs to clarify requirements and confirm expected outcomes.
• Use WinSCP for file management and version control.

Skill Set:

• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Experience with ETL testing in Glue, Informatica, or similar tools.
• Comfortable using Jira.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and reading mapping documents.
