Software Solution Specialist

Summary/objective

As a Software Solution Specialist, you will assist the trusted advisor with providing expertise in accounting software solutions to clients and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in understanding client requirements, working through the software solutions process. Your knowledge of accounting principles, technical skills, and ability to translate business needs into effective software solutions will contribute to the success of our clients' accounting software solution processes.

Essential functions

• Review client reports following software migrations to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies or errors.
• Assess findings and clearly communicate issues, errors, or anomalies to the CAS Leader for review and resolution planning.
• Maintain and manage IssueTrak tickets, including documenting issues, tracking progress, and confirming resolution.
