Maintain up to date schedule with milestones, work breakdown structure and tasks. Manage changes to scope and project outcomes, raising cost variations for approval by the customer. Clearly communicate project objectives, progress, and changes to all stakeholders.

Manage and promptly resolve project issues. Identify and mitigate project risk, escalating high risk items to management. Assemble and lead the project team.
