Solution Engineer 1 (English speaking)

Overview

The Solution Engineer is responsible for delivering professional solutions to business stakeholders by translating business process requirements into a technical solution through design, implementation, testing and training.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype and build basic business solutions following best practices to meet business needs based on feedback from stakeholders
• Safeguard the security, integrity and confidentiality of the company's internal systems and data by following company security protocols
• Test basic business solutions and ensure performance is as designed; work with team members to resolve any issues
• Document basic solutions to allow support team to support business customers and for easy maintenance; transition key information to support team
• Participate in business analysis to assist in gathering information about business process and customer needs from key business stakeholders
