About the Job

This is a customer-facing Solutions Engineer role supporting Silicon Photonics (SiPh) test solutions for semiconductor customers. The role combines post-sales technical support and pre-sales engagement, helping customers deploy, optimize, and troubleshoot optical test systems across R&D, NPI, and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for semiconductor customers supporting Silicon Photonics (SiPh) test solutions.
• Provide post-sales technical support, including system installation, ramp-up, optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer support.
• Work closely with customer engineering and test teams across R&D, NPI, and manufacturing environments.
• Support technical evaluations, demonstrations, and solution recommendations during pre-sales engagements.
