• Creating as well as updating white wine checklists with the cooks and supervisor.
• Making referrals on food and red wine pairings.
• Ensuring that the a glass of wine storage is fully stocked.
• Informing guests on the variety of wines offered.
• Training delay team on readily available white wines.
• Negotiating prices with vendors.
• Organizing wine tasting events.
• Complying with health and wellness laws.

Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years friendliness experience in a comparable function.
• Demonstrated ability to function in a diverse organization.
• Excellent, tested interpersonal, spoken and written communications skills.
