Qualifications and Experience Required

• Strong knowledge of wines from around the world, including regional varietals and vintages
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury environment
• Qualification in wine tasting or sommelier training is highly advantageous

Job Description and Duties

• Manage the wine list selection process
• Provide advice to guests on food and wine pairing options
• Recommend wines to guests and place orders with suppliers
• Maintain storage temperature and cleanliness of the cellar according to health and safety standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and work independently or as part of a team
