Sous Chef - Comfort Hotel Sello

We're looking for a passionate and talented Breakfast and Lunch Sous Chef (Aamiais- ja lounasvuoromestari) to strengthen our kitchen team.

About the role

• As Sous Chef you are responsible for both breakfast and lunch service, and occasional events during evenings.
• The work is mainly morning shifts, with the breakfast service starting as early as 5:30 am. Weekend shifts are also a regular part of this role.
• You work excellently both with a team and independently.
• As Sous Chef you are responsible for planning ahead the daily lunch menu & salad buffet.
