Job SummaryThis role oversees the SPA and Fitness Centre operations and has responsibility for supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering spa services, including salon, skin care, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage, locker room areas and Fitness Centre. Position focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by delivering outstanding spa services and massages and also achieving the operating budget through product sales, upsell and wellness packages.
Candidate Profile Education and Experience- High school diploma or GED; 5 years experience in the spa, guest services, or related professional area.
