JOB SUMMARY

• Ensures that all spa policies and procedures are conscientiously followed.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Maintains and updates Spa files:
  • Daily Revenue Report
  • Monthly Incentive Report
  • Duty Roster for Payroll
  • Others as specified
• In-charge of overall spa operation in the absence of Spa Manager
• Conducts spot random audits of the different areas of operation
• Assists Spa Manager in research and product development
• Ensures proper requisitioning and control of office supplies; follow-up on delivery of materials where needed
• Ensures all correspondences, faxes, messages, emails are responded to in a timely manner / disseminated accordingly
• Handles and follows-up on assignments as assigned by superior
