Spanish Bilingual - CSR

We are looking for Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Cebu. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in both Spanish and English , possess strong communication skills, and have prior experience in the BPO industry. You will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive experience for our Spanish- and English-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, and chat support in both Spanish and English .
