As part of the wider Corporate Affairs & Communications team, the Marketing team evolves, protects and amplifies Aecon’s brand while supporting growth targets as outlined in the company’s Strategic Plan. Our top priorities include brand stewardship, topline business development, and talent acquisition support.
The Marketing Specialist is a mid-level, hands-on role responsible for developing clear, compelling messaging and producing high-quality presentations and marketing collateral that support Aecon’s business priorities. An independent contributor, they work collaboratively across sectors and functions, partnering with both lateral and senior stakeholders to bring ideas to life. The role requires drive, resourcefulness, and accountability, seeing projects through from intake to final delivery in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
