This full‑time, on‑site position supports the maintenance supervisor and ensures strict compliance with health and safety standards. The role focuses on reliability and preventive maintenance for plant equipment and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the RBQ liaison for the maintenance team.
• Develop or improve preventive maintenance plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reliability processes, parts management, and supplier relationships.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Research and implement best‑practice solutions for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
