Specialty Barista: Craft, Training & Career Growth

Slab Coffee is a specialty coffee brand operating in the Singapore Central Business District. We are seeking a Barista who treats the bar as a workstation and is focused on consistency and craft.

You will prepare espresso-based drinks, calibrate grinders, and maintain clean workflows during service. The role offers structured training, progression through Barista to Head Barista, regular performance reviews, and benefits including CPF contributions, medical leave, AWS and staff discounts.
