Sportsbook Risk Management Manager

As Risk Management Manager, you will establish and lead Veikkaus' Sportsbook Risk Management function. This is a unique opportunity to build a new team, define operating models, implement best practices and shape how sportsbook risk is managed across the business.

You will be responsible for developing the team's capabilities, implementing scalable risk processes and ensuring data-driven decision making across customer risk, liabilities, betting limits and trading performance. Working closely with Trading, Product, BI and Technology, you will help drive the continued evolution of Veikkaus' in-house sportsbook operations.

We expect you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in sportsbook trading, risk management or a related analytical function.
• Previous experience leading a team or driving major operational or strategic initiatives.
