We are looking for a Sprinklr Implementation Consultant to support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of Sprinklr solutions based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in platform setup, integrations, stakeholder management, and delivering scalable customer engagement solutions.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Sprinklr implementation/configuration.
• Knowledge of Sprinklr Care, Social, Marketing, or Service modules.
• Experience with API integrations and system workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms and customer experience solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
