About the role - you will:
- Own and maintain sputter equipment performance
- Ensure equipment meets uptime, quality, and OEE targets
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment issues
- Drive maintenance excellence
- Develop, execute, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
- Support reduction of unscheduled downtime through reliability improvements
- Technical problem solving & improvement
- Analyze process/equipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Implement engineering solutions to improve yield, uptime, and cost performance
- Support production operations
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues
