Job Description
YOUR ROLE
An SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering) Manager role focuses on ensuring suppliers consistently deliver materials that meet quality, reliability and delivery requirements.
- Manage supplier quality performance
- Lead Supplier quality qualification and approval process
- Conduct supplier audit (IATF, VDA 6.3 ,ISO process audit)
- Drive supplier SCAR,8D,CAPA
- Handle supplier related quality issue and containment
- Work with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, planning
- Ensure incoming material meet specification
- Lead the continuous improvement with suppliers
- Manage supplier changes notification and validation
- Manage the QA Engineering and QC operator
Your Skills & Experiences
- Degree in Engineering or sciences
- 5 years
- Certified VDA 6.3 lead auditor, IATF 16949 lead auditor,
- Problem solving, 5why, fishbone, 8D...
