Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Application Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server, Web UI troubleshooting, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Pipelines , ensuring seamless application performance and reliability across business-critical systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of strong hands‑on experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Knowledge of Web UI technologies and ability to troubleshoot front‑end issues.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (pipelines, datasets, linked services).
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
