Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of AI solutions for franchisees, including complex conversational interfaces, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation systems.
• Architect systems that handle real‑world ambiguity, integrate with brand data, and operate reliably at the scale of Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes, and Firehouse Subs.
