Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for functional and automated testing across global supply chain projects (ERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools, quality management).
• Translate business requirements into functional test scenarios and automated test scripts; ensure traceability to requirements.
• Develop and maintain a robust automation framework (UI, API, data validation, integration points) aligned with Mattel’s technology landscape.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, UAT scope, and business process validation.
• Balance hands-on execution (designing and running tests) with leadership responsibilities (mentoring, coordinating testers, managing offshore/onsite resources).
• Collaborate with environment and data teams to ensure test readiness: appropriate environments, data sets, and automation pipelines.
