Responsibilities
Architectural design – Prepare plans, drawings, sketches and models as required to support design and development proposals.

Lead concept design generation as per customer KYC

Take lead for ensuring all designs/drawings are as per BuildNext standards.

Should be able identify the right design solutions, which are adhering to BuildNext standards and are aesthetically pleasing.

Clarification of the details for the design with the end customers.

Coordinating sanction drawings and approval process.

Making site visits to check on progress and manage the team.
