Sr. Architectural Technologist

The Sr. Architectural Technologist will take a leadership role in the technical aspects of architectural projects, ensuringaccuratedesign implementation and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to departmental growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, materials, and building methods to createaccurateand comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation.
• Prepare drawings of plans, elevations, cross sections, and details of buildings from rough sketches and/or from general engineering design information according to established standards and procedures.
• Develop and refine architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details using industry-standard CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
