Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage supplies and vendors
- Hands on experience of daily line fulfillment.
- Exposure of material procurement for make to order and make to stock products
- Experience in inventory management
- Ability to foresee supplier’s risk and manage the same
- Drive initiatives on Cx/Lean Manufacturing / ISO 9001:2015/ISO14000.
- Ability to execute engineering changes and new product launches by ensuring timely transitions of inventories.
- Ability to monitor supplier’s performance to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Ability to resolve cross functional issues with PPC, Mfg., Store, Strategic Sourcing, SSC, Quality, logistic & Engg etc
- Assessment of supplier capacity and ability to manage demand variation
- Ability of first level analysis of old stock/E & O stock and liquidation of same
