**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
+ Culture & Engagement — You'll design and execute culture programming, team activities, and recognition moments that reflect the spirit of the M&C organization. As part of this work, you'll also serve as M&C's liaison to the enterprise culture team, staying close to company-wide initiatives and finding meaningful ways to bring them to life within our team.
