Sr. Associate - Workday Security & Integrations

Here at Focus Cloud we are recruiting for a Senior Associate – Integration, Security & Payroll Technologies on behalf of one of our customers who are looking to strengthen their Workday HCM environment and ensure secure, reliable integrations across HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems.

This is a hands-on Workday role suited to someone who enjoys owning system health, security controls, and troubleshooting complex integrations while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

The role operates as a key internal SME, supporting day-to-day issues while driving stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the platform.
