What is the opportunity?

The Strategic Execution Team has a mandate to develop and implement a proactive, standardized, and scalable program and project management discipline that drives consistency in the delivery of RBC enterprise strategic initiatives. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the Strategic Execution team as a trusted strategic partner to senior business stakeholders by translating complex initiative challenges and requirements into clear solutions and specifications across multiple divisions. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage cross‑functional teams, navigate complex business landscapes, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
