Sr Compliance Data & Reporting Analyst

Job Purpose

The Sr Ethics and Compliance Analyst serves as a data specialist who builds, administers, and analyzes internal ethics‑related metrics to promote a culture of ethics and compliance across Assurant. The position will work closely with the AVP, Ethics & Compliance and internal partners in Legal, HR, and Compliance to build and implement the data analytics structures that ensure compliance with Assurant’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• All responsibilities span the global Assurant enterprise.
• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards covering all areas of the Ethics program, including investigations, conflicts of interest, training, and awareness activities.
• Provide data analysis support to Ethics & Compliance investigations.
• Perform first‑line analysis of reporting on a regular basis and provide key insights via scorecards to internal and leadership stakeholders.
