Job Responsibilities:
Support monthly close and annual reporting by preparing reconciliations, analyzing results, and explaining performance variances.
Maintain effective processes and controls to validate inventory and resolve exceptions across locations and statuses.
Review job costs, close jobs on time, and investigate issues to ensure accurate results.
Manage fixed asset and capital activity, including tracking additions, disposals, and related forecasts and budgets.
Prepare operational and financial reports that highlight key measures and opportunities to improve processes.
