A Day in the Life
Directory Services Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, management, and support of the company's directory services infrastructure. This position functions as part of the IAM delivery team, responsible for operational fitness of the system(s) through support, monitoring and response, and system lifecycle management directory services administration, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving the directory services environment and includes ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, LDAP, and related directory services technologies.
