Lead integrated project and portfolio management across multiple global Phase 2-3 neuroscience programs.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, CMC, to ensure aligned planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
Oversee program timelines, budgets, governance reporting, and scenario‑based planning in close partnership with the Chief Medical Officer.
Manage CROs and external vendors to ensure performance, quality, and delivery of key milestones.
Drive operational excellence within a matrix environment, influencing without direct authority while contributing strategically to development pathways.
