Sr Engineer / Lead Electrical and Automation

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Design and implement marine electrical and automation control systems from requirement analysis to commissioning.
+ Review project scope, specifications, and electrical design requirements to meet timelines and quality standards.
+ Develop functional design documents, diagrams, and test plans (functional & non-functional).
+ Perform system verification, validation, troubleshooting, and debugging.
+ Provide post-production and field support by resolving complex technical issues.
+ Ensure compliance with marine regulatory standards such as DNV, ABS, CCS, and other relevant statutory requirements.
+ Coordinate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams through verbal and written communication.
+ Capture and understand Voice of Customer (VOC) requirements and translate them into functional system designs.
+ Generate and report project metrics as per EIC-Pune and/or Business Unit guidelines.
