Qualifications andEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma
    in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications,
    Engineering or equivalent hands-on professional experience in enterprise
    infrastructure.
  • 10+ years of solid hands-on
    experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, firewall
    administration, routing / switching, hybrid cloud connectivity and operational
    troubleshooting.
  • Candidates with only
    high-level coordination, people-management, governance-only,
    project-management-only, or vendor-reliant experience should not be shortlisted
    for this role.
  • Strong written documentation
    and communication ability in English is required for SOPs, RCA, change notes,
    diagrams, audit evidence and stakeholder updates.
  • Candidates with hands-on exposure to
    ENGIE-relevant enterprise technologies such as AWS, Azure, Zscaler, Okta,
