Sr. Financial Analyst (Calgary)

The Role

We have an opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our LNG Development team in Calgary, AB which is focused on governing PETRONAS’ investment in the LNG Canada Project. Reporting to the Manager, Finance & Accounts, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial expertise to support business initiatives and activities for PETRONAS Canada.

How You Will Contribute

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial analysis and performance reporting across OPEX, CAPEX, and G&A;
• Support development of the annual budget, monthly forecast updates, and cash flow projections
• Represent PETRONAS in LNG Canada joint venture forums and working groups
• Review annual financial statements and disclosures, prepare technical accounting memos, and support quarterly impairment assessments
• Manage internal and external reporting to shareholders and stakeholders, including ad hoc analyses and financial queries
