What You’ll Do
The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as a key HR partner and operational leader, responsible for supervising and executing core Human Resources functions within the organization. This role ensures compliance, operational excellence, and effective service delivery across multiple HR disciplines including Payroll, Training and Development, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Services, HR Metrics, Recognition, and Internal Communication. The position plays a critical role in driving employee engagement, maintaining positive labor relations, and ensuring HR processes align with business objectives.
