Sr. Human Resources Generalist (El Salto)

Overview
The SR Human Resources Generalist will act as a partner and ally to the Human Resources Manager by providing support to keep the MASS Precision teams running smoothly.
The overall objectives are to help ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, to provide assistance regarding the achievement of HR goals and deliver support to employees at our Guadalajara facility.
This position provides expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and management, compensations/benefits, etc.
The HR Generalist will initiate and grow strategic relationships with functional/operational leaders through coaching, consultation, influence and problem solving to successfully execute organizational goals.
