Job Description
- Lead and manage SAP functional, technical, and application support teams, ensuring strong delivery and performance.
- Own IT service delivery and system stability for manufacturing and supply chain systems across Mexico operations.
- Drive large-scale SAP implementations and enhancements, including multi-site and multi-country deployments.
- Ensure integration of SAP with third-party applications supporting end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Oversee both daily operations (support, incidents, SLAs) and project delivery (build) activities.
- Partner with manufacturing leaders to identify process improvements, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
