The Senior Manager, Commercial Capability Development & Field Excellence – LATAM is responsible for developing and accelerating commercial capabilities across LATAM, enabling affiliates to successfully execute business priorities, launch readiness, customer engagement strategies, and performance improvement initiatives.
This role evolves the traditional Commercial Learning & Development scope into a broader regional capability-building function focused on commercial execution, field excellence, AI adoption, change management, and measurable business impact.
The position partners closely with Business Units, Commercial Excellence, Omnichannel, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate business needs into scalable solutions, including training programs, certifications, coaching, digital learning, AI-enabled tools, and readiness initiatives.
