About The Role
In this position, the Senior Manager, Hardware (HW) Engineering will be responsible for leading a team of HW Design Engineers, supporting board designs for customers in the Cloud Computing and Hyperscale Industry. The responsibilities for this position include interacting heavily with engineering and product teams to define deliverables, priorities, and processes. You will also help engineers/technicians develop their skills and deliver world-class board designs, prototypes, and proof of concept projects.

What You Will Do
Provides guidance, leadership, and direction to the HW Engineering Team
Coordinates with Architecture and cross-functional teams to define requirements for designs
Ensures the designs meet or exceed program schedule targets
Acts as the representative in customer and management level meetings/forums on behalf of the HW Engineering Team
