Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience in project management for NPI tooling. This involved assessing, planning, and replacing existing metals tooling, including diecast, stamping, machining, and/or sheet metal equipment, through production qualification. I was able to develop part and die cost estimates, identify alternatives and their tradeoffs. Additionally, I managed project schedules and drove team members on multiple concurrent die replacements to completion.
• Demonstrated experience in metals tool (diecast, stamping, machining, and sheet metal equipment) design and evaluation to review tool repair requests and discern if need, cost, and duration of repairs are reasonable.
