The NPI Software Prototype Governance Lead ensures that agreed‑upon NPI content is mature and ready for development teams at key prototype and build events, overseeing phase gate deliverable readiness, tracking release plans for cross‑functional visibility and execution, and escalating risks or issues that threaten planned delivery.
