• Interpret SOPs, client documentation, and reports to ensure accurate execution
• Partner with cross‑functional and onshore teams to deliver timely, high‑quality services
• Update client documentation and coordinate configuration, testing, and validation activities
• Prepare and validate operational and impact reports aligned with onshore requirements
• Support remediation through issue scoping, root‑cause coordination, and action tracking
• Serve as an SME for assigned processes and provide day‑to‑day guidance to Global PAM teams
• Monitor work quality, remove blockers, elevate risks early, and maintain service standards
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Flexibility to support full US shift coverage, including hours up to 6:00 PM CT
