Qualifications
- Support manufacturing including low yield analysis and improvement, failure analysis, test time optimization and other related activities
- Support NPI projects.
- Support product and process related qualification projects
- Support customer return evaluation (RMA). Performing FA by doing ATE, bench analysis for fault isolation and 8D CAR documentation.
- Performing Cost optimization projects.
- Test hardware and Test Program development and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- E&E graduate
- At least 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor environment. Holding a position of Product or Test Engineer (Or similar)
- Able to work independently, demonstrates a willingness to take on challenges, and possesses strong self-initiative and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Advantest V93K, Teradyne ATE platform, or proficiency in any relevant programming language would be h...
