The North America Stores (NAS) People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team partners with NAS senior leaders, Stores and Corporate PXT centers-of-excellence to drive talent, organization and culture initiatives that affect every Amazonian's experience. We work backwards from the needs of global employees to create outcomes that help our people learn, grow, and succeed in their career journey. NAS PXT provides comprehensive HR services to over 12,000 employees globally.

This Sr Program Manager is responsible for supporting the strategy and planning for our program and initiative operations for our NAS PXT enterprise reporting, NAS Tech talent programs/processes and Canada PXT POC programs. The role requires heavy collaboration with PXT Corp and WWAS COEs, NAS HRBPs and Tech / Canada business leaders.
