Sr. Sales Training & Development Specialist

DHL Express Canada is seeking a Sr. Sales Training & Development Specialist for their National Office in Brampton, Ontario. The Sales T&D Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new and promoted employees have a smooth and successful transition into the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the onboarding program for new employees and newly promoted employees, ensuring seamless integration into the company and into a new role
• Create and update onboarding materials, including welcome kits, training manuals, and orientation schedules
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure all necessary equipment, resources and access are provided to new hires
