Job Description
We're hiring a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum processes, and driving delivery excellence in enterprise environments.
This role will support a project in the reinsurance industry and requires a strong servant leader who can coach teams, improve Agile maturity, remove blockers, and keep delivery aligned across distributed teams.
Compensation
Contract (6 months+, potential extension)
$50,000 – $60,000 MXN gross monthly
Mixed scheme or contractor (honorarios)
Hybrid – Monterrey (2–4 days per month onsite)
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
