Sr. Staff Accountant

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join our team on a night shift schedule . The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, experience handling complex reconciliations, and advanced Excel skills to support financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post large and complex journal entries accurately and on time
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Manage and maintain General Ledger and Sub-Ledger accounts
• Analyze and interpret Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Handle contra asset accounts and ensure proper financial classification
• Conduct heavy bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
