What You'll Do

• Support and configure Nutrien’s SuccessFactors global landscape, including Recruitment (RCM and RMK), Onboarding (ONB 2.0), Employee Central, Performance and Goals Management, Succession & Career Development, and Learning.
• Lead system administration tasks by proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact end‑user experience, data integrity, or overall end‑to‑end system functionality for the global SuccessFactors solution.
• Provide technical expertise to the HR Transformation journey to grow and enhance the SuccessFactors platform globally.
